ASC Salary & Benefits Survey Mailed

Watch your mailboxes! MASA has joined forces again with FASA to produce the 2007 ASC Salary & Benefits Survey, which will include Maryland-specific data.

With it getting harder to find qualified staff in Maryland, this survey will help you an appropriate determine financial compensation and benefits package to offer your employees as well as allowing you to compare your ASC to others across the state.

To have a complete portrait of what ASCs in Maryland offer, we need the response of all Maryland ASCs. The more surveys received, the better opportunity we have of receiving data at the regional level. The survey is due June 15, 2007.

FASA members will receive the 2007 ASC Salary & Benefits Survey as a member benefit. All participants, who are not FASA members, will want to use the publication order form received with the survey to order copies at the pre-publication price of $40.
